Terms of Service

Welcome to SAmusicplay, a streaming service provided by Salvation Army Trading Company Ltd (SATCoL), trading as Salvationist Publishing & Supplies (SP&S). These Terms of Service outline the rules and expectations for using our platform to stream on-demand audio and video and subscribe to content. By engaging with our services, you agree to abide by these terms.

These Terms constitute a binding contract between you, the user, and SATCoL. They govern your use of our services and platform, encompassing all content accessible through SAmusicplay, including but not limited to subscriptions and complimentary access granted by us. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

While we strive to provide uninterrupted and error-free services, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any service at our discretion and without prior notice. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that changes to the service may occur.

Some features are available without a paid subscription. Salvationist Radio - our live radio stream - can be listened to without signing in or subscribing. Other on-demand content may be available when you are signed in without a subscription; the remainder requires an active subscription, free trial, or complimentary access we have granted you. What you can access is shown in the service.

To access certain features and content, you must sign in and have a user account. You may sign in using your email address (we send you a secure sign-in link) or, where offered, Google or Microsoft. You agree to:

1. Provide accurate and truthful information when setting up your account.
2. Take full responsibility for all actions taken under your account.
3. Keep access to your account secure. Sharing your account or allowing others to stream through it is not permitted. We limit how many streams may be active on one account at the same time and may suspend accounts that breach these limits or otherwise misuse the service.

Access to some on-demand content requires a paid subscription. Subscription prices (for example monthly or annual plans) are shown when you subscribe. We may change subscription prices; if a change affects your renewal, we will notify you in advance where required by law. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store card numbers on our servers.

1. If you opt for a subscription, you authorise SAmusicplay to automatically charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis.
2. Where offered, a 30-day free trial may apply to new subscribers. You will not be charged until the trial ends unless you cancel before then. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no cost. We reserve the right to withdraw, modify, or limit the free trial offer at any time, without prior notice where the law allows.
3. We may grant complimentary access to some users for a fixed period or indefinitely. Complimentary access gives the same streaming rights as a paid subscription for as long as it remains active.
4. You may switch between subscription plans where the service allows. Any price difference is handled according to the plan change shown at checkout.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account, but please be aware that cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout, and failure to cancel before the next billing cycle will result in another automatic charge.

Before subscribing, ensure the service meets your needs. Paid subscriptions are generally not refundable. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period and will not be charged again for that subscription unless you resume or subscribe again.

Refunds will not be issued for personal reasons affecting your ability to access content, because you did not cancel before a renewal or trial ended, or because you changed your mind after using the service.

You may have statutory rights as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law. If you believe a refund is required, contact us using the details in our Privacy Policy and set out your reasons. We review requests individually; a refund is not guaranteed except where the law requires one. Any refund we agree to give will be processed through our payment provider.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our services under the following conditions:

1. Legal Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws when using our services.
2. Content Integrity: You agree not to download, reverse engineer, or tamper with the service in any way. Content is for personal streaming only within the service; you must not copy, redistribute, broadcast, or commercially exploit it except as we expressly allow.
3. System Security: You must not disrupt our services or introduce harmful software.

SAmusicplayis operated by Salvation Army Trading Company Ltd (SATCoL), trading as Salvationist Publishing & Supplies (SP&S). We provide access to Salvation Army music and related audio and video content under these Terms.
